I understand your stand point and to be honest that is one of the better analogies i have heard for early access. I just think that £18 is a lot of money for an hours worth of game that isn't really that repayable, because there aren't enough systems in place yet. It is true that they will be coming and it will hopefully be great. But how long will that take? EDIT: reading over this it seems that this is just me not being interested yet haha This is more of a question rather than a criticism: What happens if not enough people buy early access? will team sizes have to shrink? And If a devs see almost no interest in a game will they just abandon it in early access?

But it is quite expensive for what they are offering don't you think?

woops, sorry

Well im feeling pretty good about life training for my spartan race next year, the only thing keeping me going to the gym in the dark... bought a new comic book too. Im sick of the weather being just cold and windy, I WANT SNOW!!!

Sorry but I know no-one with 50 - 100 mb/s connections, I get 12 and that is very good for my area. But I don't mind waiting while steam downloads games.

Inception? they could do way more in a virtual space and use the mechanics of uncharted, but with less combat.

Happy Birthday tegan! surprise presents from friends are always the best. All this medical talk got me thinking about the time where a snapped my collar bone In half. Got driven to A&E and had to hold my shoulder up while they gave me pain killers in the waiting room to stop me blacking out. Had to wait for an hour because people with stubbed toes feel the need to go to A&E, they had their laptops and Ipads out laughing with their families and eating junk food! Wha?! anyway, I get taken to a room for another hour and get told 'yep its broken alright'. I get sent for X rays (I will edit them in later) and then told they will contact me if they will operate (I needed to operated on badly). Sooooo, The next day I go to a private hospital and it was fan fucking tastic. As I have medical insurance with the company I work for it was great! I got my own surgeon who operated on me within two weeks (on a Saturday!), stayed over one night while I was pumped with morphine and then went home the next day. Amazing. I ended up getting a plate and 8 pins, one shoulder is a tiny bit shorter now and I have a sweet scar. So national health care is great for prescriptions and consultation, but anything more I always try to go private.

This week has been up and down, birthday on Monday, pay rise on Tuesday, car breaks down on Wednesday (needs a whole new engine), found out I passed my tests on Thursday, Bored scrolling through the forum on Friday at work (right now), Halloween/birthday night on Saturday and going to the opening of new mountain bike tracks on Sunday. Weird.

Well my birthday is on the 28th, so every year my night out is the Halloween weekend

I remember seeing a tech demo a couple of weeks back about their destruction tech, I'll defiantly have a go for $15. I'll See if I can get some multiplayer going for space ship kamikaze goodness.

whats up with that audio? some of the characters sound super tinny but them some of them are crisp.
-
that is pretty cool, got any videos of you doing it?

to be fair the pad felt way better than the xbox one pad which I played BF4 with. Destiny is the only game on that list that looks interesting to me. And I'm holding out for GTAV on pc. I really want to support the ps4... but the divison is the only game that I really want now.

what are people dressing up as? I will drinking heavily as a splicer, keeping it videogamie, and the girlfriend is going as Hathaway catwoman.

I ride downhill mountain bikes (please don't get them confused with cross country bikes like everyone else does) and follow the race scene closely. I also started rock climbing over the summer and I am about 4 months in and loving it! part of the university club and there are 2 indoor walls around where I live. I also go to the gym 4 days a week for weights training for both sports.
-
woops I meant the division haha I was going to buy one for watch dogs but after seeing the live demo at the Eurogamer expo it looked rough and the gameplay was just 3rd person shooting. There is no reason for me to buy a PS4 anymore to be honest. Side note: I played the new need for speed on the PS4 and it was great! looked really sharp too.
-
good thing watch dogs is delayed until next year, now I have no reason to buy one until the crew comes out

I am I the only one that really doesn't dig the art style? Giantbomb video responses and the chat here seems almost 100% positive, but is that because we know of the creators?

Just bought the pc version on steam, pretty good! There seems like there are a lot of systems in place like changing your survivor location, building out your location, managing how many people you have ( they will eat up food and ammunition) and deciding who you want to level up and take on scavenging runs. The graphics settings and resolution options are awful, and you must play it with a 360 controller. But it is a steam early access game and they are going to add mouse & keyboard support. It seems like it is worth it? (£15) I'm having fun. Any one else playing it?
