Evidence of Things Unseen didn't have a Kindle version.

So, it'll come out in five years and be below average?
-
Do you have a link to that Shawn, Jeff and N'Gai podcast?
-
Any chance this podcast gets a re-boot in the new year? I'd even take a bi-monthly podcast about what you guys are reading, without the book club elements.

This is my assumption. I re-listened to the Summer Reads episode this morning because I had a bit of Idle Book Club Nostalgia.

Idle Thumbs 124: Blockbuster Black Case

I love the Beethoven's 9th App. I also found an interesting article written by one of the developers. As a side note, their The Waste Land App is also excellent. http://www.theguardian.com/culture-professionals-network/culture-professionals-blog/2013/sep/06/how-we-made-beethoven-ninth-app -
My primary source for new books is the New York Times Book Review podcast (and the actual review itself, if I get around to reading it). It's the perfect length for a long Saturday or Sunday morning walk with my dog, and then I get home with one or two suggestions of things to read. Of course, it takes me longer than a week to get through most books these days (being old and married and all), so I inevitably fall behind. Still, it's great to listen to the authors and reviewers talk about their books, even if I don't get to read them eventually. Count me among those lucky enough to live near a great independent bookstore/cafe, although the cafe is technically separate, Talking Leaves Books in Buffalo. (Yeah, their website is horrid.) I do most of my reading on my Kindle, but I always stop in there to buy a physical copy of something and browse around. They also have a membership for $10 a year which I always buy on principal.

I gave the book another shot, but I think it's not for me. I love history, and for a while I thought I could get into the story, then it just died in yet another chapter that took two hours to read. From the lack of a cast, and some hints on the regular old video games cast, it seems like Sean is struggling to get through it as well. I'm excited for The Sun Also Rises, though.

I started reading this book, got about a third of the way through, and ran out of steam. I think part of the reason I didn't finish is that I don't have a strong enough memory of the history behind the era. I remember the basic facts, but not all of the intricacies. Anyone have a good summary of the history, that might compliment my reading?

Did miss an update on when the cast is coming out?
