  1. Just watched Fire Walk with Me recently and the coded message has the girl making a fist several times like this which according to Agent Desmond means the local law enforcement is going to be belligerent. He also has one hand in his pocket like the coded message which meant they are hiding something. Not sure if it was referencing this but after having just seen the movie, it really stood out to me.
  2. Idle Explorers (Spelunky, um, thumbs)

Here you go. My glorious attempt where I try something foolish with a rock and pay dearly for it. Do something foolish with a really big rock and magically escape through sheer luck. Try something foolish with a damsel and she pays dearly for it. Visit a black market but don't buy anything and then proceed to die in the dumbest way possible.

I messed up a lot right in the first level and spent the rest of my time trying to make up for it. I went out of my way to try and get the damsel but didn't help much in the end. Also couldn't find the key to the chest which bothered me. Maybe tomorrow I'll try and set up the video capture and document my stupidity.

I just got this game last week in the sale and have become obsessed with it. Right now no one on my friends list is playing this game daily like me so my leader board is empty every day. I am still not very good but I would really like to see how others handle each day's challenge. My steam name is rabidlamb and my profile is here if you want to add me: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197997638118
  5. The advertising captchas that make you type in a slogan is exactly why I stopped watching Zero Punctuation videos.
  6. Ecco the Dolphine Kickstarter

The worst pitch by far was the one from the creators of Wizardry. It was very quickly changed so you can't see it anymore on the canceled project page but the original pitch was the most generic garbage. It actually was a list of bullet points of the most basic rpg elements written as if they had just invented the next evolution of the genre. Like "Go on Quests!", "Has NPCs!", "Gain Levels!". The original title of the kickstarter was also "Old School RPG" but eventually got a bland name on top of that. Didn't help and was canceled shortly after.
