Yeah, the absurd turns it takes never bothered me really.. the conductor even refers to the train itself as a "blockbuster production with a devilishly unpredictable plot." I was pretty caught up in it all and the drawn out action scenes just helped me focus on the cinematography instead of the plot. I kind of liked that the action was paced in that way, because I feel like it kept it surprising throughout and went for maximum dramatic effect instead of realism. I do agree that the shooting-through-the-windows bit was a bit puzzling. Rather than being wow'ed by it, I just kept thinking about the logistics of it.

After watching those character videos, I think I've decided I like almost everything about this. It looks fun with loads of varied play styles, even completely different traversal mechanics (flying, rocket jumping, AssCreed wall-climbing) and I actually really like the art style now. I'm not sure I agree that it's at all generic. It's got loads of nice little touches. Most of the characters look great. Only things I definitely don't like is the voice acting and the fact that they have four female characters that almost look identical in body build. I wouldn't *mind* Widowmaker if the other females didn't essentially look exactly the same body type-wise.. Look at this guy and that FISH behind him. Love it!

Ok, I didn't see the cinematic trailer. That was awesome. Can I just keep watching that instead of playing the game?

It looks interesting! Like the style. It does that typical Blizzard thing of looking over-the-top and silly but being tonally mega serious about itself somehow.. "Time to be a super cool, sleek Reaper dude! And serious!" And then there's a big gorilla... I'm hyped! A Blizzard FPS. Excited to see how they'll apply the Blizz-polish on the genre.

It's an appropriate Star Wars name. I don't know. It's not impressive or anything, just.. functional. It's better than any of the prequel names, at least.

I lol'd.. Another fine Cooper/Truman moment. Cooper's staring into the eyes of the llama and Truman looking bewildered at the llama as it walks away, Cooper then continuing unphased with his line. They really nailed it. I wonder if they had the person with the llama go between them and then just by chance this one time the llama just looked straight into Coopers face or what.. Or if they did something to specifically attract the llama to Coopers face.. Judging from how fond they are of weird little mistakes/coincidences it's probably the former, and in reality the llama was just supposed to walk past them. Hank is just.. ew.. He's cartoonishly creepy.. ..and his call to Josie just makes me even more confused as to where her plot is going (I don't remember her plotline at all from previous viewings..) I had thought it was another actor, who will be appearing later as an FBI agent, but it was actually David Lynch as Gordon Cole calling Cooper. I'm now reading that Lynch just really liked the idea of shouting his lines, so his character was conceived of as being hard of hearing.

You can use the GamePad as a screen, but the controls do not work. So you'd have to have the GamePad lying in front of you and then control the game with a Wiimote.... Yeah...

This is a super weird problem and probably something tabacco has no control over, but on iOS (and I don't think this happened before, maybe something to do with iOS 8?) whenever I try to open the "The Nintendo Wii2 (Wii Too?!): The Stream: NESCafé" or "Idle Thumbs 160: Die Übiverse" threads it just loads for ever and then gives an error "Safari couldn't open the page, because of too many redirtects." (or something to that effect, in Danish..) Anyone else experience this weird, very specific issue? I guess it might have something to do with the weird characters in each thread's name? é Ü!

Yeah, that's probably the only thing I don't like about the game.

I had actually never heard a single person disliked this game until Zack Johnson mentioned it on the podcast and now you! I'll form some thoughts on it later and let you know why I really like it.

Super Mario Bros. 2 Super Mario Land Super Mario Land 2 All objectively worse, but since Yoshi's Island is super great, these four are still great.
