You have to get the cat over 300 as fast as possible. Then the atmosphere doesn’t slow you down as much as in lower altitudes. Look to pressure meter, the light goes green as the height as good enough. For cat rotation can’t help much but you can also look for good launch timing on artificial horizon meter.
