I liked the movie, but I would probably have liked it more if it had stayed contained to wacky stuff in the hotel and Fiennes' character. The movie has a lot of stuff that could have been cut easily. For me, personally, it would have been better without the prison plotline, a lot of the chases and especially the crossed keys thing. Because of all this it lost momentum after the half-way point IMO.

This is actually interesting. I haven't tried it, but in my experience all multiplayer shooters these days pretty much have mechanics that annoy me just as much as F2P, except I have to pay full price for them. Asking me to grind 50 hours in order to get the same tactical options as more experienced players is just as bad as asking for money. The difference is, when it comes to F2P games, people actually care if equipment gives too much advantage and cry foul if it does. In something like Battlefield, high level equipment is "earned", so it doesn't matter if it's unfair for new players. They should've known to throw their life away and play the game every day since it was launched.

I've heard that, but my experience of blends does not agree with that statement. The taste of grain whisky always comes through in my experience. I still drink blended whiskies, but only because I can't afford malts these days. I'll drink bourbon and rye whiskey as well, but nothing compares to the experience of a malt whisky I like.

Finally finished The Walking Dead season 1 and 400 Days. I needed a break from it after the third episode. What an awesome game. I'll have to get Season Two when I can afford it, even though it doesn't have the Sean and Jake magic.

The craziest thing is that it exploits how the game's RNG works. Apparently, Nintendo games had an RNG based on the player's inputs, so this thing can get the power up it wants, change the way a ball bounces and such by moving around in a certain way.

I would like an RPG try to go further with the Wikipedia-like conversations Morrowind had. I think it could be interesting to make a system that's not actually modeling a conversation, as all systems that have tried to model conversations have failed utterly. Having keywords you click, no typed sentences for your character and such could in fact make suspension of disbelief easier.
