sounds like what i've always been looking for in a phone, but like miffy said... doesn't look to be the most durable thing in the world.

I don't remember exactly how I found the site, but I beleive it was when I was digging for Psychonauts info a few years back and found it on either mixnmojo or some tim schafer fan site. I lurked the forums for a while before I finally joined not too long ago.

Well I have put about 9 hours into the game and contrary to the world's opinion that it is the greatest zelda ever, I disagree. It hasn't captured my interest like the others have and i'm about to just stop playing altogether because it is rather boring compared the the previous games. I'm not saying that it sucks or is terrible, but I just cannot get into it.

always go to stores where you would least suspect to carry one. Take Sears for example; I got my PS2 there before they closed ON launch day. They also had 2 wii's there for 3 days before anyone got them.

I ran into a major technical problem and was wondering if anyone else was suffering from it... My + - and home buttons do not work in twilight princess, but they work in other games and on the wii menu.

I'm currently a senior getting my bachelor's of industrial/envronmental design. By pure coincidence I met someone this summer that is a producer for a major publisher/developer that hopefully, will result in getting my foot in the door. I would say your portfolio is your most important asset, but honestly knowing people is one of the most helpful things of all. I don't think comparing screenshots of ports is necessarily fair. All games are most likely using the same exact art assets. During the development the teams weren't looking to make one system look better than another. Only time will tell. I've got my wii, I don't plan on buying a ps3 or xbox360 until I have an HD set, and even then I wouldn't pay over 300 for either one of them. And that's not including the 360 core system.

I would just wait it out, plus the NTSC to PAL conversion would be a pain in the ass. However, Wii's are still going for near $400 USD on ebay.

Did anyone ever play a game called Deadline on the PC? It was an x-com rip-off, except it was terrible. But I enjoyed it.

Intel game of the year? 1up.com is an abomination. And yes, I agree.... Liberty City Stories was shit as is the psp. There's only one thing that pisses me off more than publishers.... and that is game journalists.
