  5. Grand Thumb Auto retro PC edition

I'll try and make it depending on Dota and the fact I am staying awake on 2 hours sleep
  6. Show me your desk/gaming space

I was going to update this thread but my space has stayed consistent other than shelves being more full and the main monitor being changed. I've had it like this for a long time now!
  7. Good Hangover Breakfast?

    Scotch
  8. DOTA 2

Played one of the most stressful games I have in a long time last night. We were doing a stupid strategy (red gems in the character's heads) against a fairly standard lineup. We were just fucking about throwing out awful puns. Then they take Roshan at level one, at this point we panic but keep our cool. I'm playing Mirana in the offlane against Alchemist who starts at level 3 with an aegis, a significant advantage, I proceed to play incredibly safely with as much harass as I can afford to. Somehow I keep up with Alch, who should be destroying me. Lion ends up taking first blood mid then rotates top and we destroy Alch, immediately following this my internet drops, my team paused and the other team are happy to wait. The other team takes Rosh again, at this point we are terrified as Alch can slaughter us as he is so far ahead with his farm, we continue pushing down towers and splitting them up to prevent any more advantage on the other teams side. This continues until we can take the 3rd Rosh, and cheese, we pull off a few decent team fights and then are able to claw the victory for ourselves. Dota is the best game!! http://dotabuff.com/matches/494116224

  12. Rust: It puts the lotion on its skin

I picked this up as some buddies had been playing it and convinced me that it would be fun. It was. I started alone and got brutally murdered by a zombie then chose to respawn. After this I spawned in Rad Town which i ended up exploring the valley near by, after which I got chased down by a bear I escaped by breaking into a guys house, meanwhile my buddies joined the server, the first to Rad Town found a sleeping guy, who was of course brutally murdered for his gear, which was some pretty good stuff. Next I built a bow and killed a few bears; meanwhile my other buddy found us. on the second dawn I noticed a guy shooting a pistol so we knew there was another person nearby. We proceed to ransack Rad Town and John finds an assault rifle, we see a guy on a roof which we sneak up on, he gets bursted down by Dave and John I drop from the roof to investigate the corpse seeing a load of great stuff including a silenced laser sight pistol and kevlar armour, his buddy turns up with a shotgun and blows my face off. Dave and John take him out and we meet up again heading towards Hacker Valley to build a house as we are now really far ahead of where either of them had been at this point.
  13. Life

I would normally too, but I asked that specific question, saying that I'd be fine with that as I'd understand. I think she did it because she has had a hard time recently and lost contact with quite a few people and from having had relationships end really badly. From how much we've talked about it it's just the wrong time, which is disappointing, and hurts but oh well. Onwards and upwards.
  14. Life

I'm fairly sure it's not because I'm pretty confident she is more attracted to me than the other way. There is a bunch of other stuff but I'm not willing to get into it.
  15. Life

Well that was the oddest excuse for getting dumped I've ever had ruled downs to " I like you too much and don't want to hurt you". Oddly perplexing as I can deal with I'm not attracted to you and all the other stuff. On the positive side I've lost over 10% of my weight since I last checked (maybe a year) over 10kg. Which is good as I hadn't set out to lose weight just to get fitter. I also ordered another 40kg of Iron.
  16. Recently completed video games

I've finished 2 games this year already!!! Metal Gear Rising: I definitely played all the way to the final boss without using any of the moves which I unlocked. I started struggling then looked up how to beat him then demolished him. i enjoyed it but DMC was a much stronger game overall with the dynamic combo system. To the Moon: I doubt I can say anything about this that hasn't been said. I enjoyed it after getting used to the awkward controls (please let me use wasd over arrow keys!!). Overall I preferred Gone Home but both are very powerful games.
  17. I have not been scammed quite a few have tried over the years as I have a fair few valuable TF2 items from promotions and quite a few desirable Dota items. I've had the phishing attempted, friendly trades. I once had a guy add me to say I like you inventory but I can't afford any of your bigger items, he only was after the vintage items. I've made one trade with a random as he had the Odachi for Jugg and I got away even with that.
