ThePope Posted December 16, 2004 Follow-up to Namco's bizarre cosmic-snowball simulator gets a dedicated site of its own. TOKYO--Namco has taken a teaser page for its anticipated sequel to Katamari Damacy live. Now titled Minna Daisuki Katamari Damacy on the official site, the game title translates to "Everyone's Favorite Katamari Damacy." Namco has yet to disclose much about the title, but gamers can check out four screen shots of Minna Daisuki Katamari Damacy online. The game is slated for release on the PlayStation 2 in spring 2005. In a posting on the game's site, the developers working on the Katamary Damacy sequel announced that they will temporary suspend updates on the original game's official site starting today. "Thank you for always visiting Katamari Damacy on the Web. This site is operated by the development staff, but we will have to stop its updates for a while to concentrate on Minna Daisuki Katamari Damacy's creation. If you played the game a second time you could understand what Yorda was saying or something along those lines?...Maybe I just made that up. It's seems there was a few differences between the EU and US editions, but according to a FAQ I found this option is in both editions, I think...
