Knar Posted August 4, 2005 You are on a deserted island and can only take one. Depends. Is it playable online or not?
Savage Cabbage Posted August 4, 2005 Depends. Is it playable online or not? I was thinking that 2 but then it got all too complex. I started thinking if its a console game can I bring my plasma and if so can I also have a Satallite box to play Bumble Bobble which means I can switch to regular TV which is pretty much how I am now because I'm stuck in one place anyway...blah blah
Marek Posted August 4, 2005 I was speaking weirdly metaphorical. What I meant was ... which spelling of the word video games video games do you prefer? But we can talk about having to take only one game to an island too.
Nick Posted August 4, 2005 I think you're missing the point. Edit: Damn you and your superhuman posting speed Marek.
Savage Cabbage Posted August 4, 2005 No I figured that too but the "you can only have one game on an island" intrigued me also. For the record I say video games. It stems from CVG back in the 80's
ysbreker Posted August 4, 2005 I call them games, is that ok too? Oh and I'd pick enemy territory. Provided I got a net connection with decent ping times to all the servers. Else I'd pick transport tycoon deluxe or rollercoaster tycoon I think...

Knar Posted August 4, 2005 I was speaking weirdly metaphorical. What I meant was ... which spelling of the word video games video games do you prefer? But we can talk about having to take only one game to an island too. Originally, when I saw the poll, I couldn't vote. I only saw the results. So my initial reaction of "maybe this topic is about spelling" changed, and I thought, maybe this is a deserted island topic. Ah well. Uhmm.... if it was online, I would choose WoW or something, even though I've never played it. I've been told it's good, and if I didn't like it, I would use WoW was an instant messenging client. Redwall Posted August 4, 2005 Yeah, if I was on a deserted island I'd want some kind of MMO game, despite the fact I usually don't play those because I don't like games that never end... but in this case a lack of ending would be good. Also, video games. video games is just awkward.
miffy495 Posted August 4, 2005 Video games. It's two words, dammit! I would probably take the DX version of Super Monkey Ball. There's so much in there with the two Monkey Ball games and all the new bonus levels. Gamng bliss. By the time someone rescued me, I would be an amazing talent with tiny monkeys in bubbles, and would challenge world leaders to games with their country as the wager. Then I would stomp them and slowly begin taking over the world.
