I'm ashamed to admit that I actually did watch all of the first season purely for that hot doctor. It had a decent premise, but it just didn't carry for an entire season. Not to mention all of that stuff that was happening outside of prison and the sinister plot turned out to be rather lame. Oh! And my biggest peeve about the show is how they're always, always, pulling the faux suspense card. "oh shit! They're about to be found out! No wait... somehow they managed to paint the Sistine Chapel, reconstruct the Taj Mahal, and roast a turkey in the 30 seconds it took the guard to walk to the door! That was a close one! Thrik Posted November 2, 2006 Yeah, the second series is much better in my opinion. It's not based in the prison at all, and it makes the programme feel completely different with them being all over the US. They've done a really good job of handling the different characters having their own storylines too, along with tying them together at certain points. Also I like the nutter FBI agent.
