So we have these races we always pick:

• Airport
  
• Exhaust Fumes (the one that takes place almost exclusively on the raised highway)
  
• The one where you race on the highway all the way to the end, and then up a ramp and turn, and then back almost all the way and do a little loop around a couple of gas stations.
  

You forgot the figure-eight loop around "Times Square". That one's pretty good cause it's not too long and it loops around often so even if players spread out from each other they'll still encounter each other around the course. Of course, the first sharp left was also the scene of the inFAMOUS Ice Cream Truck Chain Explosion of 09.

That's pretty good in a nerve-racking kind of way. It made me keep thinking people had died, though. It'd be good if it indicated when an enemy was close without giving the actual location.

but the other time/s, when the map was a little more spread out, and contained more pedestrians and cars, I spent more time trying to find people than anything else.

Unfortunately the game occasionally has a habit of dropping you too far from the action regardless of the blip setting. I guess it's easier to find your way back when they're set to "all", but it's still a matter of having to wander the streets for rather too long.

My highlight was getting jacked in my fire truck.

I saw that. It was pretty hilarious. Wasn't your truck on its side at the time, too? If only I hadn't been on the wrong side of it, I'd have captured the culprit.

Or going in for haphazard potenti-kills with the knife after running out of rockets.

It's so satisfying when it pays off, which is barely ever.

Ugh. That chain-splosion still haunts me. Getting stuck in an immovable ring of burning trucks for a good 20 seconds is one of my proudest and most shameful moments at the same time. Sounds like it was a good match. I'm excited to see what goes down next week. Pity I missed hazing the new guy. You going to be around next time as well, Nevsky?
