toblix Posted September 5, 2010 (I was sure there was already a thread about this, but I couldn't find it) Anyone else get this? It's been a long time since I read video game magazines, so I don't know most of them are today, but Kill Screen is great. The article about the air traffic AI guy was very interesting. Yeah, and it didn't help that the t-shirt made me have to pay an import toll for the whole shipment, with added fees, etc. Still, I'd argue it's still worth it. It really is a fine product. The subscription is only four issues, though I hope that's just the initial run, not the whole thing.
Joflar Posted September 6, 2010 Its an initial run. I loved the interview Michael Abbot did with the Kill Screen creators, it made me excited to buy their magazine. http://media.libsyn.com/media/brainygamer/bgpodcast28.mp3
Salacious Snake Posted September 6, 2010 If people buy it it'll go on for a long time. I met Jamin Brophy-Warren recently and the man has big ideas for the future. There are tons of issue concepts floating around, along with the desire to branch out into more styles of article.
