All those Chuck-E-Cheese stories are bad, but it's the little details that make me despair.

While I appreciate the sentiment, I'm not sure we need a special backer-place here. And somehow I don't like the idea of putting up walls in these forum, walls that keep people out who maybe just missed the opportunity or couldn't afford it. What do you guys say? Or rather, what's the idea behind this special forum?

The Progresscasts are already backer only, and have only been linked from the Kickstarter page, which is no longer a particularly great place to keep sending people as the campaign is no longer active. A backer forum allows us to actually aggregate that content on our own site and provide a place to discuss it that makes a bit more sense than Kickstarter updates comments.

I see you point Chris, and it does make sense. Guess I just wouldn't mind even if the progress-casts would be free for all. But yeah, with all Kickstarter-promises that is not really an option.
