I love how at about 1:42:19 the Thumbs more or less dissolve into riffing on each others' hilarious joking about Jake's tooth speaker while everyone else is just sort of sitting there trying to figure out what the heck is going on.

edit: and at 1:44:50 Jake is very specific about when certain robotic advancements occurred in the past. He's definitely on top of the Big Dog stuff.

edit 2: at ~1:53:00 Jake talking about how you can't look at a watch on your wrist without making people think you want to leave is so goddamn true. As one of the few people left wearing a watch it can sometimes be a real chore to check the time without seeming rude.

The were a bunch of interesting tidbits but the discussion about finding new ways to document game making was cool.
But, it was topped by the stunning revelation that Jake is the culprit for Idle Book Cast delay :pan:

This was fun! I got in at like 1:20 AM and saw a tweet. I can't image 24 hour of straight casting.

Also, I'm glad the Bookcast is still theoretically still on the table. It was pushing me to step up my BPMs.

I'm going to assume that means Books Per Minutes, and that you are what Boston Dynamics will unveil in a youtube video five years from now.

I like Jake's completely casual reference to Dark Castle like more than five people know what that game is :D
