It's a function of the mostly-useless forum search. Finding the correct Far Cry 2 thread a couple weeks back was absolute torture.

I typed "Kickstarter thread" and got it first hit. Also just typed "Kickstarter" third hit.

 

To get the Far Cry 2 thread, it's trickier because all of the words are too short. However just use it like Google and type "far cry 2" with the actual quotes this time. For that one go to the advanced search function (the gear button) and do thread titles only, which is also generally in every forum search function.

 

It's pretty standard of every forum and works fine!

 

Are you all just searching "this topic" (the default) every time?
